Interlude

I don’t want to disappoint anyone who has recently started following this blog by not posting anything, but y’all, I’m exhausted.  It’s been a tough week and I have some chronic pain issues that never really go away for any considerable length of time.  I am regularly faced with the difficult decision as to whether I want to continually overload my liver with doses of pain medication that allow me to function…or live in pain.  Neither are good choices.  I have tried to temper it and do a little of both; deal with it as long as I can, and take lower doses.  I haven’t found a good solution yet. Anyway, I do have things I want to write about, and I hope to get to it soon.  In the meantime, here’s a video that I’m in love with.  It never gets old to me, because I know the One of whom she sings.  I hope it lifts you up, wherever you may be.  Blessings to you, reader.  Cheers.  ~J8

I understand this. I thinks it’s why we RA survivors go in spurts. We need time to rejuvenate. Or we feel flat. The myriad of reasons can be lengthy. I write because it’s cathartic. If people read… Cool. 🙂 sometimes we need to get it out. Sometimes we need rest. I always think of Bruce Lee “Be Water”. So may you be water… 🙂
